Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking early career Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agents to join our Electrical and Mechanical Commodity procurement team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania to work with key suppliers to support complex designed assemblies. 
Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
  • Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
  • Knowledge of various methods of contracting (UCA, Letter Award, etc.)
  • Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
  • Develop and support sourcing strategies
  • Develop and manage requests for proposals, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or procurement practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • 1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 1+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • Travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
  • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
  • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
  • More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), is preferred
  • More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, is preferred
  • More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts, is preferred

Mid-Level (HAACI3) $79,900 - $108,100
