The BT & E Business Operations team is hiring an Associate Staff Analyst to join our Mobility, Surveillance, Bombers & Vertical Lift integrated test Business Operations team in Seattle, WA.  This position will work directly with the BT & E Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Integrated Test Leader to provide robust scheduling management, travel and site visit coordination, project support and execution, and team integration.

We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.  The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources

  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues

  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events

  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials

  • Gathers customer requirements for projects

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan

  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives

  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements

  • Provides status reports

  • Maintains and tracks training requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook

  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools.  Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • Familiarity with business operations

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
