The Boeing Company is seeking an Integrated Support Specialists (Experienced or Senior) for two E-7 international customers. This role will sit in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA.

This role focuses on the Boeing Global Services Product Support Organization, where the successful candidate will lead cross-functional Integrated Product Support (IPS) IPTs, manage key elements of the integrated support program, and act as a point of contact to the Program Manager.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialists. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs

  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact

  • Tracks & monitors spare parts distribution and repair status

  • Support program management needs in contract execution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years supporting in-service military aircraft or modification programs

  • Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

  • Experience working with others as part of a team which includes working safely, giving and receiving feedback, assisting others in completion of tasks; possess interpersonal, listening, and participation skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • Product Support/Logistics experience

  • Engagement with military customers

  • Earned Value Management training

Summary pay range for Senior level: $109,650 - $171,350
