Job DescriptionWhat Youll Get to Do:CACI has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst to support the Naval Aviator Production Process Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) in the San Diego CA location. This position will be administratively assigned to VMFAT-101 located at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar San Diego CA and will support VMFAT-101. The Analyst working with command personnel shall ensure effective data collection entry and validation of NAPP data into the NIPDR/MCTIMS applications. Conduct in-depth research and statistical/quantitative analysis regarding production and resource utilization through measured interpretation of data and present complex findings recommendations and briefs to Squadron leadership and appropriate senior officials as required. Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure all production related activities are coordinated.More About the Role:In addition the USMC FRS Program Analyst shall perform:Annual Command PPF validation and submission: Semi-annual PPF review and updates for any newly submitted syllabi with flight simulator and classroom hour requirement changes. PPF input updates for APM with routing of new syllabus. PPF additional scenarios for various USMC offices Command annual flight hour budget planning monthly allocation and variance analysis. Identification of Command barriers to production and subsequent analysis and recommendations. Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of FRS IPP class load plans in accordance with the Training Requirements Letter (TRL) and Task Group Guidance. Maintain and update current and projected FRS information in MCTIMS relating to student production including scheduling of follow-on training and TAD assignments. Provide Command analysis and recommendation regarding NAPP charts. Develop Command production plans NAPP-centric briefs and resource entitlements submissions. Develop recommend execution production adjustments as barriers occur throughout the year. Update APM SharePoint as directed in order to reflect current FRS production status. Provide HQ USMC TRNGCMD the appropriate MAG CNAF and CNATRA with supporting NAPP-centric analysis. Perform informal NAPP training for Command personnel on NAPP NIPDR PPFs and other production tools as needed in between formal training cycles. Provide historical production data reports to squadron personnel for inclusion in FITREP awards and unit history submissions.Youll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience and two to four years of related (project support or management) experience. This experience must include: Familiarity with and ability to properly enter and extract student training production data from NIPDR MCTIMS SHARP and other USMC training management and reporting systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency with Word and PowerPoint along with basic experience with Access. Familiarity with web browser technologies and common data entry requirements Windows operating systems and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment. Strong information management and analytical thinking skills and be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Former senior Navy / USMC Aviation Maintenance Administration man (AZ) background and/or aircrew with experience in Navy Aviation Training Commands.
