This is your opportunity to partner closely with clients and project teams mentor developing engineers and play a key role in advancing innovative resilient solutions that support the long‑term success of airport communities.What Youll Do:Organize direct and coordinate activities related to airport infrastructure projects such as runways taxiways and terminals from initial assessment through planning and designCollaborate with aviation team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goalsEffectively manage project budgets scope and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical aviation initiativesEngage with clients regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phaseWhat You Bring:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredAdvanced proficiency in engineering computational and modeling software (Revit AutoCAD MicroStation etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures business practices and engineering lawsDemonstrated technical proficiency in aviation infrastructure and systemsStrategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgencyAn articulate and persuasive communicator both one‑on‑one and in front of large groupsExperience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processesParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy Youll Love It Here:Lead challenging infrastructure projects that support airport safety sustainability and operational excellenceMentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to delivering sustainable solutionsCollaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Aviation team is doing?
