We invite you to become part of the family.Summary of Essential Duties:Purchase commodities and services to meet specialized or complex needsMake purchase decisions in accordance with Company procedures and regulationsAnalyze purchase requisitions and review for accuracy and completionFollow proper channels to obtain purchase authorization according to company policyDetermine the correct method to process purchase requisitions depending on total cost timeliness competitive bidding and existing contractsPlace orders to procure requisitioned items or servicesSolve problems with orders in an efficient and timely mannerProcess all receiving left from prior shiftMaintain stock room and other areas in control by the Logistics Department. Assist the department by stocking pulling and reorganizing parts and tools as needed. Ship parts as needed.Completes all other duties as assignedQualificationsBe at least 18 years of age.Must have a valid driver licenseHigh School graduate or equivalentBe authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United StatesMust have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook inventory software and tracking systemsPrior experience with Component Controls Quantum software preferred Solid knowledge of data analysis inventory management software and forecasting techniquesAble to pass a required 10 year work history review and submit to criminal history records check Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.Possess strong leadership interpersonal and organizational skills.Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Able to handle interruptions and a fast paced environment.Maintain strong attention to detail.Be self-motivated and able to motivate others Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.Experience in a warehouse setting working with shipping or receiving.
