Salary: Circa €42,000 -€46,000

An established Aircraft Maintenance and Leasing organisation is seeking an experienced Airworthiness Engineer / ARC Surveyor to join their team in Tallinn, Estonia, operating on a hybrid working model.  This role offers an excellent balance between on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, with exposure to a diverse aircraft leasing and maintenance environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring continued airworthiness compliance of aircraft under management, supporting ARC activities, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform airworthiness reviews and support ARC issuance and recommendations

• Ensure continued airworthiness compliance in line with EASA regulations

• Review and manage aircraft technical records and maintenance programmes

• Liaise with CAMO, maintenance organisations, lessors, and authorities

• Support aircraft transitions, leasing activities, and work package reviews

• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities

• Provide technical support during work-related travel when required

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Airworthiness Engineer and/or ARC Surveyor

• Strong knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO / Part-M regulations

• Experience within aircraft maintenance and leasing environments

• Excellent attention to detail and strong technical judgement

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Hybrid working model: – 1 week on-site in Tallinn – 1 week remote working (excluding work-related travel)
