This intern will work with the MES organization driving lean and ACE throughout the business and will help with data collection and presentation as well as support visual improvements throughout the shop. Primary Responsibilities - Supporting PDPR reviews - Driving closure to the AIM progression plan and working with management to progress the areas process maturity. Basic Qualifications - Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. - Must be a U.S. Citizen Nothing matters more to Collins Aerospace than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
