Function:Manages an assigned geographic region and is responsible forall interaction with customers including but not limited to: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)Military and Commercial end user operators Breeze-Eastern authorized ServiceCenters and/or any Third Parties which may provide service. Acts as a primary point of contact with thecustomer on all issues related to requests for proposal purchase orders maintenancecontractual issuesgeneral communication and/or any customer related issue.===============================================================Duties:Acts as the customer advocate. Actively monitors performance trends that affect present or future business with the customers and alerts management of positive and negative changes. Keeps customer informed on all issues related to Breeze-Eastern products and services.Responsible for all communication planning monitoring forecasting with all customers within an assigned region including but not limed to: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) Military and Commercial end user operators Breeze-Eastern authorized Service Centers and any Third Parties which may provide service.Acts as the primary and single point of contact with the customer. Disseminates and facilitates all communication between the customer and Breeze-Easterns internal organization.Monitors tracks and logs all interactions with customers and maintains a Breeze-Eastern Customer Issues Log.Provides responses and regular updates to the customers in regards to order status requests for quotation delivery status order book maintenance technical questions warranty claims etc. and any other such metrics as may be required. Responsiblefor identification of hoist winches and hooks or other Breeze-Eastern productswithin their assigned region. Should gain an understanding as to who isoperating Breeze-Eastern equipment as well as competitors equipment. Identifiesand acts on new opportunities for production O&R spares training orother services. Providessales forecasts as required to the Business Unit Managers for the assignedregional customers. Developsa customer support plan for each Breeze-Eastern customer/operator in theregion. This includes how the their equipment will be serviced(Breeze-Eastern vs. an Authorized Service Center) spares distribution technicalsupport regular training site visits etc. Coordinateswith internal departments to close actions to the satisfaction of the customer.Supports Business Development thru coordination of efforts with the BusinessUnit Managers. Maintainsa positive perception and seeks to portray Breeze-Eastern in a positive light withthe customer base.===============================================================Required Qualifications:Demonstrates initiative professionalism integrity decisiveness and the ability to work independently.Requires experience in a role that focuses on interaction with customers purchase order processing contract administration logistics order entry and/or order book management in an aerospace/military/defense environment.Knowledge of military contracts processes procedures and aviation equipmentStrong computer skills with MS Office databases and knowledge of ERP systems.Ability to travel to the assigned geographic region as required.Military experience or B/S in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.Knowledge of Aerospace products.Breeze-Eastern is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity.
