The Cross-Utilized Airport Agent plays a key role in delivering Contour Airlines commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions at local or regional airports including ticket counter gate and ramp operations. Agents will be fully trained to execute tasks associated with both customer-facing and aircraft servicing responsibilities requiring work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Cross-Utilized Agents are expected to display professionalism flexibility and teamwork ensuring a safe efficient and customer-focused airport operation. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist all customers in a prompt friendly and courteous manner ensuring a positive travel experience.
