What Youll Do

Lead the planning design and construction of aviation-focused civil and transportation projects

Manage and mentor junior staff while overseeing technical design tasks

Prepare comprehensive bidding documents including:

Site layout grading drainage pavement design signage utilities erosion control and more

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes

Support client managers and help grow relationships with aviation clients

Contribute to business development through outreach proposals and community engagement

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)

5+ years of civil engineering experience in transportation site development or infrastructure

Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Missouri PE preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with AutoCAD and preferably Civil 3D

Business development and staff management experience is a plus

Willingness to travel as needed and a valid drivers license
