As the preferred choice for Heat Transfer new manufacturing and MRO TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site affords the best-value solutions for our Military customers globally.TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site in Tulsa OK is looking for an experienced Bench mechanic / Air Test Pressure (ATP) Technician for our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations.ResponsibilitiesBench Mechanic responsibilities may include but not limited to:This position will support MRO OperationsPerform on-site maintenance inspections and repairsAssist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic formContinuously update and utilize an electronic online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning time limit item trackingAdhere to company policies including all safety compliancesManages material readiness inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials specifically aviation parts and toolingRead and understand Maintenance Manuals Illustrated Parts Catalogs and Structural Repair ManualsOther duties as assignedRequirementsAbility to work 2nd shift hours typically 3:00pm to 11:30pm with overtime and weekends as business need demandsHigh School education or equivalent2 or more years mechanical experience preferredMust have reliable transportationMust be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance following new employee trainingMust have good command of the English language; oral and writtenMust have good communication skillsMust be able to multi-task and be detail orientedMust be able to display good judgement regarding quality and safetyMust be willing and able to learn and apply new skillsWorking knowledge and ability to do industrial math calculations and work to tight tolerancesMust be able to perform physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 50 poundsMust have the ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)Must have the ability to pass pre-hire background check screeningTAT Technologies is dedicated to providing an inclusive fun and unique workplace.
