This is a great opportunity for a seasoned CNC Programmer / Engineering Technician who is seeking competitive pay and benefits. The Company specializes in two core areas - Electronic Systems and Structural Systems - to produce complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms mission-critical military and space programs and sophisticated industrial applications.
Supports the development evaluation and improvement of manufacturing methods workflow throughput space utilization and product quality based on knowledge of product design materials parts fabrication processes tooling and production equipment capabilities assembly and quality assurance standards.
Completes all programs in the New Product Deployment (NPD) database in a timely manner including but not limited to 2-axis waterjet Laser QC 5-axis waterjet and Trumpf brake press programs. Additional programming not captured in the NPD database may be required.
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
Technical / trade school preferred.
5-10 years of specific process experience is essential along with a proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
Must possess the ability to add subtract multiply divide decimals percentages fractions ratios proportions; knowledge of basic algebra. Knowledge of geometry and trigonometry is a plus.
Must be proficient with MS office (Word Excel PowerPoint) BAAN CAD and GD&T experience a plus.
