Drive Change management and analysis sharing thru RWDD organization by coordinating leading and maturing a engineering change notification and process change notification. Conduct coordinate and establish sound engineering change management and a process change system to ensure the proper release of engineering changes and / or process changes required. elaborate the primary analysis in the steps specified to assign the leading management leader coordinate communication and appropriate documentation (both internal and external to the facility) provide direction and manage all aspects of change management. A. Manages multiple ECN and NCP for new product development projects VAVE´s & Cost Out projects according to risk and impact his participation is required from Engineering Change Notification to implement and execution B. Review the requests generated and evaluate the notification manufacturing to current product changes products processes equipment and facility proposals assuring project/change. C. Generated notifications and follow up until closure ensuring requests for process changes (NCPs) in point-sharing or notification through SAP that the change has been completed to change the product (ECN) according to information provided by the change leader. D. Ensure that the approving committee makes the decision of the ECN and NCP E. Elaborate the documentation validate the impact level of each request lead the weekly meeting with the leaders assigned to the changes and update the general status of ECN and NCP when required by the plant committee. F. Monitors overall performance during all phases of the ECN and NCP and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required G. Participate in the performance management process and provide input to the appropriate functions in terms of career development interests. H. Ensure Implements promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention and application of rules. Identify control and administer risk and danger in own area I. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. J. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction productivity and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results K. Perform additional functions as required. QualificationsA. Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience B. 3 years minimum of experience in manufacturing engineering Quality deployment in a plant C. English – language capability speaking reading and writing required D. Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes and an understanding of Engineering Manufacturing and Quality Control Methodology E. Adept at interpreting mechanical drawings & basic use of CAD systems We make what matters work.
