Account Manager Field Sales
Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business has an opening for an AccountManager- Field Sales in Louisiana. Eatons Crouse-HindsWonderware West business combines outstanding industry expertise withmarket-leading software to develop optimized client solutions that deliverreal-time success for customers operating in Oil & Gas Manufacturing Foodand Beverage Solar Power Infrastructure Life Sciences and Water &Wastewater. The Account Manager willbe responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for theirdefined sales territory. This includes identifying and growing business inexisting Accounts while identifying new customers from all industriesthat Wonderware West serves. You will work to ensurethat customers unlock the value of the Schneider Electric Software products toachieve/exceed your assigned sales targets. You will maintain and develop deepprofessional sales and industry solutions expertise. Essential Functions:
+ Identify and drive pursuits with the guidance of a Regional SalesManager Sr Account Manager or Strategic Account Manager + Manage and close high a volume of license transactions + Work with Customer First sales manager to identify and maintainrelationship with all support customers in the territory and other areas whichmay be assigned. + Actively prospect andcold/warm call a targeted list of prospect accounts. + Manage and grow a large # of assigned accounts throughout assignedregion + Grow the total license install base of the assigned Customer Firstaccount base + Grow the total license install base of the assigned region + Support the account plans of the Strategic Account Managers and SrAccount Managers on the identified Strategic Accounts and Strategic Pursuitswithin your territory. + Manage non-Strategic SI’s and OEM’s in your territory + Primarily focus on selling SCADA HMI Historian and industrialhardware products + Responsible for the achievement of sales and marginobjectives/quotas for their sales territory. + Work with Regional SalesManager to define and execute sales plans for existing accounts and newcustomer targets. + Forecast existing andprojected sales opportunities for performance and quota attainment purposes. + Prepare writtenmaterials in response to customer requests. Collaborate with regional resourcesin completion of these materials as well. E.g. Requests for Proposals (RFP)Standards of Work (SOW) etc. + Align industry insightsto customer priorities and ties those insights back to Schneider ElectricSoftware unique differentiators + Clearly articulate theWonderware West value proposition and engage the customer in jointly addressingtheir business priorities. + Identify and growrelationships in existing and new customer organizations. + Implements newproduct-launch strategies + Coordinates accountstrategy. + Contributes toterritorys strategic plan. + Delivers growth inmarket share within sales territory. + Manages day to dayactivities Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accreditedinstitution is required + Minimum 2 years successful outside salesor inside sales is required + No relocation benefit is being offered forthis position. Only candidates thatcurrently reside within the Louisiana will be considered. + Must be legally authorized to work in theUnited States without sponsorship Position Criteria: + Skills in prospecting and breaking into newaccounts + Demonstrate experience and success within ateam selling approach. + Ability to understand the clients businessdrivers and align to companys solutions. + Possess the necessary skills to negotiateissues with peers partners and clients using a Win/Win philosophy. + Position end-to-end solutions and articulateprimary vendor strategies + Strong technical and business background inindustrial process automation specific to manufacturing oil and gaspetrochemical and petroleum refining power generation and utilities and waterand wastewater. Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or BusinessManagement from an accredited institution is preferred + 5+ years successful technology solutionssales experience including extensive demonstrated experience in deal structuresolution sales process and negotiation (internal and external) within multipleindustries in a technology environment is preferred + Experience prospecting and breaking into newaccounts with a background managing medium to large strategic accounts(including forecasting quota attainment sales presentations short-termmid-term and long-term opportunity management essential) with PLC Hybrid andDCS based control systems is preferred + Experience Solutions that include softwaresolutions for plant intelligence human machine interfaces (HMI) supervisorycontrol and data acquisition (SCADA) systems plant and enterprise historiansbatch management applications business and operations workflow manufacturingexecution systems (MES) designed for managing controlling and improvingmanufacturing processes + CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecastis preferred + Experience selling into CPG industries and oroil & gas is preferred We make what matters work.
