Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit a Contracts Specialistfor the Asia Pacific region.

You will be responsible to identify business opportunities negotiate and close deals related to Embraer Services Support portfolio; to support aircraft sales and maintain an extensive knowledge of the market conditions in Asia Pacific; to prepare documents associated with sales and manage after-commercial activity in compliance with contractual obligations in order to fulfil objectives of contract profitability in the framework of customer satisfaction standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • To prepare commercial proposals through interaction with Support Solutions and Legal departments in Brazil;
  • To keep constant alignment with SS Sales Marketing team while providing support in business opportunities for SS in Asia-Pacific region;
  • To support the SS Sales team in contracts negotiations;
  • To support the Customer Account Manager and Materials team in conducting customers Entry-Into-Service;
  • To interface with customers and other areas of the Company discussing commercial operational and legal conditions involved in contracts;
  • To write Legal documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements Service Agreements Amendments and any other documents related to the administration of such contracts;
  • To manage contractual obligations under the terms and conditions established in the current contracts;
  • To prepare studies and analysis related to contracts improvements for the existing terms and conditions;
  • To keep records organized and updated (hardcopies Salesforce SAP eParts Doccon) and ensure all involved areas are fully aware of the campaigns and valid contracts;
  • To perform Monthly invoicing as well as Yearly Escalation Annual Reconciliations followed by formal Evaluation Meetings with customers as provided in the contracts;
  • To monitor KPIs and ensure accomplishment or targets and revenue according to the Action Plan;
  • To develop/ maintain friendly and healthy relationship with Customers ensuring the good image of our company;
  • To keep abreast of all Embraer Compliance policies and procedures;
  • To act as Compliance Agent and/ or Ambassador for SS team by being a focal point for Know-Your-Customer and Due Diligence screening Export Control related matters Gifts Hospitalities Events and etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelors degree in business administration engineering or a field closely related to the understanding of contractual complexities.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in aviation aftermarket services sales and contracts as well as strong knowledge of the processes related to contracts administration operational aspects and sales finance (budget analysis).
