Role Objective:

The primary function of this role is business development specific to private jet charter jet card membership and aircraft sales/management.

Essential Job Tasks:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends economic indicators and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs competition and supply and demand.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Managing multiple flights at once with accuracy.
  • Multi-tasking effectively prioritizing appropriately and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person to our customers vendors and other team members.
  • Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency working independently to solve problem.
  • Compiling documents into well-organized Dropbox folders to maximize efficiency.
  • Interacting with customers and vendors at corporate company events.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Competencies:
  • Proven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales developing client-focused differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Work Authorization:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.

Work Environment:
  • Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available as well as at outside at customer events.
  • Work will also need to be performed from a remote location as the demands of this role require work after standard office hours.

Travel:
  • Travel as needed.

Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position
