What Will You Be Doing?The Senior Compensation Analyst utilizes advanced compensation knowledge and analytical skills to develop implement and administer compensation and incentive policy procedures practices and programs for Frontier Airlines. Responsible for day to day administration of Frontier s compensation programs. including but not limited to the position evaluation process salary administration regional and industry specific survey participation financial modeling for union negotiations and benefits and quality of work life surveys. Assist in the education of management on Frontier s Performance Management Program.Essential FunctionsCompensation Administration Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of salary structures while maintaining corporate pay philosophy and external market competitiveness. Utilize data analytics Lead the position evaluation process at Frontier including new positions as well as re-evaluation of existing positions. Market price and make final salary recommendations for all pay grade job offers according to an established evaluation plan. Oversee annual merit administration process. Approve all salary offers promotions and transfers. Maintain the Job Description Library. Complete all salary executive comp. incentive pay and salary practices surveys for Frontier. Performs audits periodically or on request to determine whether jobs have changed or to help groups reorganize. Serve as F-9 subject matter expert for compensation matters providing guidance to HR and management on compensation issues and problems. Interpret local state and federal laws regulating compensation practices at Frontier.Projects Conduct research and analysis for compensation related projects and initiate recommendations Conduct financial analysis of assigned collective bargaining contracts. Partner with outside consultants providing expertise and data on all matters related to pay. Integral member of a team that develops and administers an appraisal-less Performance Management Program. Complete comprehensive annual surveys determining job comparability Annually research competitiveness of F-9 s pay structures and pay grades and make recommendations for needed change. Perform periodic audits of FLSA status EEO Codes EEO Job Family Codes and Workers Comp. Codes. Design and maintain Frontier s Compensation Guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization.Other Functions May serve as Compensation Trainer for corporate process trainings and other training as required. Perform special projects related to compensation which are often comprehensive and may require months of research and interaction with various department. Develop enhance and implement human resources policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years compensation administration Finance or equivalent analytical or qualitative experience Experience with Compensation Survey Management tools PayScale Marketpay Payfactors or similar Strong analytical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Strong project management skills to meet strict deadlines Extensive HCM experience specifically Ultipro desired CPP or other HR certification(s) a plusKnowledge Skills and Abilities Demonstrated analytical abilities knowledge of compensation theory and practices gained either through education and/or experience familiarity with pertinent regulations including Fair Labor Standards Act and Railway Labor Act.
