POSITION: Ramp Agent
DUTIES:
The Ramp Agent provides ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft by:
Handling and caring for passenger baggage. Loading unloading
transportation to and from various locations of the airport
Handling and care of U.S. Mail freight and express parcels. Loading
unloading transportation to and from various locations of the airport
Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
The customer and G2 specification must accomplish all ground handling
Pushing or towing aircraft to and from designated locations in the airport
Provide technical guidance interpret policies and procedures and
assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships
with passengers co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and
procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities
Miscellaneous duties as assigned ie. Cleaning of aircraft interiors
aircraft servicing
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid drivers license
Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs
Seal (if applicable) including successfully completing a background check
and ten-year work history.
Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
WAGE: Pays $26.00 per hour.
SHIFTS: Seasonal - Part-time Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
Day and Early Evening Shifts NO LATE NIGHTS!
Holiday Availability Required
Weekends Availability Required
