Description, duties, responsibilities

BOMBARDIER - WICHITA, KS

• Hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering;
• Have at least 5 years of project management experience or technical leadership experience;
• Have at least 3 to 5 years of technical engineering experience in aerospace;
• Possess an excellent understanding and relevant experience in the aircraft development environment from conceptual design to aircraft certification, including preferably relevant experience in a flight test environment (preferred);
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skill such that you are able to communicate, align and influence stakeholders;
• Have strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas;
• Have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company;
• Have expert skills in MS Projects;
• Have a strong technical knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, and special mission equipment (preferred);
• Having knowledge of ITAR regulations and previous experience in government and/or military flight operations exposure would be considered an asset;
• Be required to travel (post-Covid) and work extended hours when required
• Eligible to view and handle ITAR material
