Since 1985, Grand Aire, Inc., has been providing a full range of outstanding general aviation services to both local and transient aviation customers, at our corporate offices located at the Toledo Express Airport. The exciting and dynamic work environment includes everything relating to aviation, with different opportunities occurring daily.

We are seeking a part time in house Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing assistance in a variety of areas, to include:

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with all customers, and handling their inquiries, as well as providing information about our aviation related services
• Responsible for point of sale transactions, email, and other computer related tasks
• Setting up customer car and hotel reservations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception (FBO) and concession areas, as well as other various duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (aviation experience a plus)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math, computer, and phone skills are necessary
• Quick learner
• Self-motivated
• Professional and clean appearance is a must
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Must pass a TSA background check and screening
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

The part time schedule is from 3:30 or 4 PM to 8 to 8:30 PM (M-F)
