Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• This position will support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the companys Gulfstream fleet.
• Interns will interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor Directors Chief Pilots Dispatch Senior Manager and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects that enhance processes and efficiencies for all mission-specific Gulfstream fleets (e.g. production test demonstration Airborne Customer Support).
• Complete assigned projects and work plans that include - but are not limited to - flight safety systems business intelligence/analytics flight operations and aeronautical mechanical or systems engineering.
• Support efficient work practices and processes.

Additional Functions

• Comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training aircraft dispatch business aviation or a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

1. Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application actively pursuing a bachelors degree or above.
2. Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
4. Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
5. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
