International British carrier seeking highly skilled Line Trainer to assist with passengers and provided training to Customer Service Agents. AND SKILLS NEEDED: Minimum of 1year experience in the Airline Industry Proficient knowledge of international airport operations (systems and procedures) Knowledge of airline computer systems Organized and strong planning skills Good attendance record Impeccable appearance/Business presentation Positive attitude towards Company and staff Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Good coaching and listening skills Ability to work independently Team player Patient Ability to follow instruction Ability to work flexible hours Ability to travel Dependable and reliable Problem solving abilities SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: Keep up to date on new product and service features from the airline carrier and advise employees during briefings and memos. Conduct carrier specific product and system training account for new agents. Coaching new employees through new job activities and how to complete tasks and assignments correctly. Document and submit all time spent in job training and OJT Checklist Act as the official Buddy/Mentor for new employees after successful completion of carrier specific training. Advise employees of new training programs available for improving job skills. Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Department. Required Skills Basic At least 18yrs old with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Able to read write and speak English Basic Math Skills: Adding Subtracting Division and Multiplying Computer Literate Able to stand bend squat reach grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs Reading and comprehension of reference materials instructions policies and procedures Background Check Fingerprint and Drug Screen required for all successful applicants Skills Common sense and organized Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions Effective communication skills and good listening skills Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is a plus Knowledge of airport ground operations a plus!
