We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities and Aircraft Cleaning Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for keeping our hangar offices and aircraft clean organized and presentable while also assisting with light maintenance tasks. The position begins as a part-time contract role (10-20 hours per week) with the potential for growth into part-time employment and expanded hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain hangar facilities including floors windows and common areas.
• Perform routine office cleaning (dusting vacuuming trash removal restrooms etc.).
• Assist with interior and exterior aircraft cleaning and detailing.
• Support basic facility maintenance tasks (light repairs organizing supplies etc.).
• Help maintain a safe professional and orderly work environment.
• Handle tasks that may require working in heat cold or physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in cleaning custodial or light maintenance roles preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures including outdoor conditions.
• Reliable punctual and self-motivated.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation and Schedule
• Starting as a contract position 10-20 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
• Opportunity for increased hours and part-time employment as business needs grow.
