The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving the overall HCE strategic and tactical business relationship management working to develop strategic partnerships with CEOs and executive leadership with partner firms. In this client-facing role you will build programs that have repeatable sustainability through your understanding of the synergy overlaps and unique roadmaps needed. Develop within the Strategic Partnership team an overall vision strategy and execution plan for partnerships and alliances including:
•Manage the full life cycle of partnerships and alliances doing everything from identifying qualifying analyzing presenting negotiating and closing
•Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value of partnerships
•Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions to grow partnerships identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact to internal and external stakeholders.

30 Develop overall vision strategy and execution plan for partnerships and alliances
25 Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value of partnerships
10 Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions to grow partnerships
YOU MUST HAVE
•10+ years’ experience in partnerships/alliances at a large to mid-stage technology PaaS DaaS or SaaS company
•5 or more years in a partnering-related role with clear examples of delivery both of partnerships negotiated and closed as well as results delivered

•Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with partners customers and internal cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing Product Engineering and Executives
•Ability to negotiate with a tough stance while maintaining strong relationships
•Comfort with building strong relationships at all levels of the partner organization
•Proven ability to generate six-figure revenue through alliance partnerships
•Experience developing joint value propositions along with GTM strategies for partners
•Ability to manage multiple projects determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Creative flexible and innovative team player with an upbeat and assertive personality
•Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
•Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities
•Strong public speaking and phone/web presentation skills
•Goal-oriented and data-driven
•MBA degree prior management leadership experience or experience in Industrial Sectors is a plus
