DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As our full-time Precision Manufacturing Quality Manager youll lead quality efforts from incoming inspection through final production ensuring every component meets strict specifications and industry standards. Youll oversee inspection teams implement procedures interpret technical drawings and collaborate across departments to resolve quality challenges. Your day will balance hands-on precision work with strategic oversight as you ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards manage vendor quality and continuously enhance processes that drive manufacturing excellence.

To do this were looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of quality control/inspection experience in aerospace or precision industries
  • Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude (previous experience with machine tools is a plus)
  • Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
