Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking SAP S/4HANA Industrial Sector Associate Partners to join our team specifically to focus on the Automotive and Aerospace and Defense industry sectors. This is a hands-on sales and delivery role. Responsibilities include sales attainment providing advice and counsel to clients oversight and accountability for delivery success and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry and business process knowledge as well as the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how the S/4HANA technology can help transform their business to achieve business benefits. A successful candidate will lead sales cycles help identify and quantify the business benefits of moving to S4/HANA technology and assist in crafting the implementation strategy approach timelines and costs. Program oversight is a must.
This is a business and technology consulting role with emphasis on the business process and industry expertise. A successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of S/4HANA solutions releases roadmaps and new innovations. This role requires strong communication skills and executive presence. Proficiency in developing channel and client relationships identifying and closing new business developing thought leadership with industry content as well as a visionary outlook in SAP are required.
Lead S/4HANA sales and delivery engagements focused on Automotive and Aerospace and Defense clients
Attain both sales and delivery targets including bookings revenue profit and utilization
Lead S/4HANA pursuits at new logo clients and expand penetration at existing accounts
Provide industry guidance strategies and S/4HANA best practices
Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners
Define develop and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions incorporating other IBM technologies such as Blockchain artificial intelligence IoT and Cloud where needed; and
Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience and expertise selling and overseeing SAP S/4HANA Programs and Projects for Manufacturing Clients. Automotive Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.
At least 5 years of experience of Business Development Consulting and Delivery of SAP solutions
Track record of achieving individual sales quota of $5M+ annually
At least 5 years of experience developing Executive level relationships with prior experience in the identification development and closure of SAP Implementation sales efforts
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple work-streams and client stakeholders
At least 10 years of experience in selling and delivery of complex consulting projects for Tier 1 consultancy
Functional expertise in one of the following areas: Finance Procurement Logistics Supply Chain or Manufacturing
