Description, duties, responsibilities

Be responsible to assisting the Chief Flight Instructor in FAA compliance of flight training record keeping certifying records and maintenance. As Flight Instructor teach students in preparation for Private Pilot Airplane Commercial Pilot Airplane Instrument Rating Airplane Multi Engine Airplane (as appropriate) and Flight Instructor Airplane (as appropriate). Also responsible for conducting all stage checks along with the Chief and Senior Instructors. Assist with standardization of the Flight Instructors. Conduct standardization rides with students when safety becomes a question. Promoting a just safety culture. Review safety reports and developing corrective actions to mitigate risk in Flight Academy operations. Perform Interim Chief Instructor duties in the absence of the Chief Instructor. Specific Responsibilities Required Relevant Education and Experience Education: Bachelors degree.
