Our client has an opening for a Process Engineer for the C-17. This will be located onsite in Warner Robins GA.NOTE: This is 9 month contract with intent to hire. Our clients are looking for someone who wants to stay with a company long term. Pay is dependent on relative experience paying up to $60/hr.Desired Skills and ExperienceSTEM Degree5+ years of experience performing complex systems engineering or system integration work.5+ years of experience in aerospace industry3+ years of experience with Functional Hazard Analysis (FHAs) FMEAs Airplane Level Threats (Particular Risk Analyses) Fault Trees and/or System Safety Assessments (SSAs).1+ year of experience in Engineering process development and process integration.Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to define and drive common objectives.Nice to Have Skills and ExperienceProgram-level Life Cycle Management and/or Systems Engineering Plan and process development experience.2+ years of experience with C-17 Program and Engineering experience.2+ years of experience working within or accessing non-conformance data systems such as VECTOR GOLDesp and/or AutoTAR.Familiar with USAF processes regulations and protocols.Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Experienced Life Cycle Management (LCM) Process Engineer to support a government program of a large aerospace client in Warner Robins GA. This customer‑facing role supports a team responsible for the sustainment of the program‑wide Engineering Data Repository System (EDARS) including standardized and optimized processes. The engineer will work with a globally distributed C‑17 engineering team USAF and FMS customers supporting engineering and program investigations including the C‑17 Delegation of Engineering Authority (DEA) program. This includes developing and implementing EDARS tools to support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and preventive actions; supporting Reliability and Maintainability personnel cognizant engineers and DEA leadership in developing analyzing and submitting multiple Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables; supporting the annual DEA Program Assessment; and working with USAF/FMS stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with systems engineering sustainment engineering and Process Based Management teams to ensure program visibility documentation integrity and performance metric timeliness while driving RCCA initiatives to reduce recurring issues and customer burden across maintenance concepts technical orders work instructions engineering drawings and design improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
