Kimley-Horn is in need of an Entry-Level Aviation Planner with a relevant degree in our St. Paul MN office. We are seeking a graduate who is a dynamic motivated individual that has problem solving and communication skills and a strong work ethic. We desire to have someone who is interested in challenging assignments advancement potential travel and a cooperative work environment.<br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/>Responsibilities would include assisting with the development of airport master plans statewide system plans on-call aviation planning services and support for project managers in general planning tasks.<br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/>Position Requirements<br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/>+ Have or in the process of receiving a BS or MS in Planning or Engineering from an accredited program by summer of 2020<br/><br/> <br/>+ Have the permanent right to work in the United States<br/><br/> <br/>+ 0-2 year of relevant experience<br/><br/> <br/>+ Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills<br/><br/> <br/>+ Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines<br/><br/> <br/>+ Detail oriented team player with a ability to contribute to a positive work environment<br/><br/> <br/>+ Ability to perform assignments and duties with minimal supervision<br/><br/> <br/>+ Desire to learn and develop<br/><br/> <br/>+ Solid analytical and critical thinking skills<br/><br/> <br/>+ Willingness to be flexible independent and creative<br/><br/> <br/>+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access) and the ability to quickly learn other software systems<br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/> <br/>Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Kimley-Horn in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
