This position will report to the Director of F-35 Financial Management and will be responsible for leading the F-35 Development Program Finance team. This team will provide day-to-day financial and business operations support to the F-35 Development teams. Specific responsibilities will include providing ongoing sound financial advice to F-35 Development Team Control Account Managers (CAMs) associated with business and financial issues and processes in the overall management of the CAMs control accounts. Ensure that applicable financial policies and procedures are applied and complied with. Ensure that all F-35 contracts establish a sound and compliant budget baseline risk management process timely and compliant budget change control process ensuring that a high level of integration is maintained between the cost and scheduling systems and that a sound Estimate At Completion (EAC) is developed and maintained by working with Engineering Labor and Material CAMs. This position will provide support to CAMs and senior leaders of the F-35 Engineering organization regarding the development and implementation of corrective action plans conducting root cause analysis supporting ongoing financial reporting requirements to internal and external customers assessing cost impacts and supporting the development and analysis of cost variance explanations and EACs. This position will require the ability to perform across multiple contracts with complex contract structures in a rigorous Earned Value (EV) and fast-paced environment. A level 6 employee Typically has 20 - 30+ years of professional experience.
