Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for a position at Ft. Benning, GA. Duties include:
-Possess the ability to staff and track changes associated with TRM workbook inputs both within staffing mechanisms internal to the unit and the 75RR DTT. Typically staffing is conducted using the Decision Task Tracker (DTT) portal based system. Conduct multiple checks and adjustments to staffing actions daily/ as required.
-Compile Field Budget Estimates (FBE) from subordinate units and BN S4/ Budget POC to capture cost estimates and actual expenditures for training events in order to provide historical data which will back up TRM workbook adjustments. Provide FBEs to Requirements personnel at75RR RS3 prior to and after completion of training events at the company level and higher.
-Write and format draft Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and Land Use Agreements for signature by appropriate government official. Format and staffing requirements will be provided by unit.
-Possess the ability to conduct detailed review of MOAs, which will be staffed through the 75RR to USASOC for format, completeness and appropriate content based on the USASOC standard. (Standard and format to be provided at unit).
-Creating, adjusting, and updating TRM workbooks at battalion level.
-Maintain or create Portal based tracking and suspense management systems which provide units near real time status of staff actions in areas of responsibility.
-Receive, screen, format, track and staff MOAs internally and through the 75RR. Maintain accountability of MOAs and ensure signed MOAs are sent back to USASOC for filing.
-Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions.
-Be familiar with AR 25-50 and be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.
-Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
-Possess a valid, unencumbered state driver’s license.
-Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
-Be familiar with 75RR tactical SOPs including the conduct of Multi-Lateral Training events, Bilateral Training Events, Rotary Wing Operations, Airborne Operations, Task Force Training and Validation exercises.
-Be highly familiar with the individual and collective training requirements associated with Mission Essential Task List and Critical Collective Task training at the individual through battalion level for an Airborne Ranger/Infantry centric organization.
-Have extensive experience with conducting detailed military planning in conjunction with unit level staff leadership in support of reoccurring critical training events which meet the commanders training priorities.
-Be capable of gaining and maintaining access in Installation Land Management (interaction with installation Range Control and location specific requisition systems) data base/system for the purpose of coordinating for land and range use.
-Be familiar with the process to identify training and resources required to complete the USASOC Unit Resource Model/ Training Resource Model (URM/ TRM) workbooks. Providing input from unit level to RS3 Requirements personnel via appropriate Excel/ MS Access and e-mail formats.
-Possess the ability to clearly articulate the impacts of funding in relation to unit readiness to appropriate officials.
-Be capable of foot movement of up to 3 miles over varying terrain in a 2 hour period with typical protective gear consisting of body armor, combat helmet, gloves, eye protection, small pack with sustainment items, with limited travel under night conditions with night vision goggles.
-Be able and willing to travel to CONUS and OCONUS training locations for planning and coordination purposes and to attend meetings at short notice. (30%).
-Possess a valid passport, or contractor willing to provide resources to obtain a passport.
-Shall possess exceptional oral communication skills with the ability to brief statistical data and status updates to an audience of Army senior leaders at the grade of Colonel and below.
