About the Role

We are a Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Center seeking an experienced Helicopter Engine Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble engines modules components and assemblies per customer specifications regulatory standards and company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot engine issues identify root causes and adjust repairs as required.
• Interpret technical manuals engineering drawings and specifications; use precision measuring tools to verify part serviceability.
• Operate machinery tools jigs and fixtures relevant to MRO tasks.
• Maintain strict compliance with all FAA/DOT mandates and aviation regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience overhauling and repairing Rolls-Royce M250 and/or RR300 engines.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented work ethic.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test; subject to random testing during employment.
• Some personal hand tools required.
