Maintenance Coordinator – Gulfstream G450

Fort Worth, TX

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator for a Gulfstream G450 based in Fort Worth, TX. This individual will serve as the primary maintenance professional for the aircraft, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

This role is hands-on and operationally critical, responsible for maintaining aircraft readiness, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and serving as the primary liaison between flight crew, maintenance vendors, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Maintenance Oversight

• Serve as the dedicated maintenance lead for the assigned G450 aircraft
• Perform and/or oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness at all times

Coordination & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with approved repair stations, vendors, and OEM service centers
• Manage maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime and support operational needs
• Track and manage inspections, AD compliance, and maintenance programs

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and logbooks
• Ensure proper documentation of all work performed
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Operational Support

• Work closely with Pilots and Operations to plan maintenance around flight schedules
• Provide real-time support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
• Assist with parts sourcing, inventory management, and cost control

Minimum Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate – Required
• Experience working on large-cabin aircraft (G450/GV/G550 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Gulfstream maintenance programs and systems preferred
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate aviation preferred)
• Experience coordinating maintenance events and vendor relationships
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule & Location

• Based in Fort Worth, TX
• Must be available for on-call support, including AOG situations
• Schedule will be driven by operational and maintenance requirements
