If this sounds like you we should talk.JOB SUMMARYThe Avionics Integration and Test Engineer will participate in flight spacecraft system assembly integration and test on-orbit operations and anomaly resolution. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience testing and integrating spacecraft avionics should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapting to new challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport assembly integration and testing of flight spacecraft and subsystems Create test plans and procedures to validate spacecraft and subsystem performance Execute subsystem and spacecraft testing Assist with flight software development and validation Support on-orbit operations and flight anomaly resolution activities Support spacecraft systems engineering team Develop and maintain laboratory facilities for spacecraft testing This position will occasionally require flexible working hours including nights and weekends to support spacecraft testing and operations Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience integrating and testing electronics hardware Experience using laboratory tools such as oscilloscopes multimeters network analyzers and power supplies Experience with test automation and scripting Experience with software development in Python C and C++ Experience working with and debugging embedded systems Experience with using basic data analysis to validate system performance and identify anomalies Ability to work independently and lead small teams Excellent technical communications skills Good written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of spacecraft avionics functions failure modes and debugging strategies >Education and Work Experience: Minimum: BS in Engineering plus 5 years relevant experience. This is a full-time position in Santa Clara California. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities technical data technology software and services.
