Our client a leading financial services organization is seeking a dedicated Lead Securities Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Lead Securities Operations Specialist you will be part of the Securities Operations department supporting critical trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills proactive problem‑solving and excellent collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Prompt EngineerLocation: Charlotte NCProjectDriving a CoPilot initiative to be put in place in their contact center teamsThis will have a high level of impactThe initiative HenHub (?) – the structure here will be used to deploy enterprise‑wiseLow level RAG system that will be built outWill be a neat and consolidated formatLooking ForCoPilot SME - Must have a CoPilot expertise – structured within CoPilotAI prompt engineeringConnect with the groups to build it outLead the project and drive the dateNeed to understand the terminology what the system needs what the master prompts will need to be built out etc.Must have strong communication skills and project management skillsMust have great time management skills need to be able to manage their time and the groups time3 Key Elements: Co‑Pilot Teams and ExcelWould like them to come from a FinTech background so they understand the terminology but not required especially if they have the Co‑Pilot SME background would considerDay to DayWill be a lot of rinse and repeat (they will be reusing the same meeting agenda master prompts etc. from group to group)Going vertical to verticalGo through what is needed for the data sets filesStructure it outTestingBenefitsOpportunity to lead impactful initiatives within a dynamic financial environment.Engage in innovative projects including AI‑enabled process optimization.Work with a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement and excellence.Potential for extension or transition to full-time employment based on performance.Gain valuable experience in securities operations and strategic planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
