+ Keep track of attendance records monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches etc.
+ Perform general office duties inclusive of but not limited to filing answering telephone(s) mail distribution and composing correspondence.
+ Keep track of attendance records monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches etc.
+ Ensuring Exception reports are completed when required and filled out completely including signatures from both the employee and the department manager.
+ Coordinate with payroll dept. for any missing forms (not received or received after payroll has been run).
+ You will need to be able to perform simple mathematical functions such as adding subtracting multiplying and dividing as you will need to determine hourly rate calculations.
+ Communicate with recruiting and the station’s Leadership Team as well as local staffing requirements on a weekly basis.
+ Coordinate and conduct new hire interviews process new hire paperwork orientation and onboarding.
+ Any and all other task as requested by department managers and/or the General Manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To be part of our high performing team you will need to be at least 18 years of age be able to speak read and write in English proficiently and have authorization to work in the US. You must pass pre-employment drug test.
All airport staff working airside must be badged by the relevant airport authority. In order to obtain an airport identification badge with a customs seal you will need to pass all FBI and other background checks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Kronos and UltiPro software.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License. Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license and other FFA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
