Key Responsibilities
+ Reviews Data on incoming flights such as scheduled or estimated times of arrival or departure in order to plan work activities
+ Directs and coordinates all functions of operations and ensures workers and equipment are available for fueling and defueling services.
+ Analyses reports and records of operations and inspects facilities to determine effectiveness of existing methods and procedures and physical condition of facility and equipment
+ Prepares and submits recommendations designed to improve efficiency of fueling services
+ Investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences
+ Oversees Safety Security Environmental and compliance
+ Plans coordinates directs develops and conducts training programs for employees
+ Confers with management to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training for employees to better understand changes in policies procedures regulations and technologies.
+ Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training group instruction lectures demonstrations conferences meetings and work shops
+ Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks Demonstration models multimedia visual aids computer tutorials and reference works using company supplied materials
+ Conducts training sessions covering specific areas such as new employee orientation on the job training health and safety practices refresher training upgrading retraining displaced workers
+ Tests trainees to measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of trainings
+ Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods
+ Acts as a point of contact for field personnel
+ Involvement in Audits by outside sources
+ Maintains and updates employee training files and airline manuals
+ Comply with the company’s attendance/tardiness standards
+ Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills
+ Extensive management and/or support service experience preferably in an into plane fueling or ground equipment fueling environment
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills balanced with a high level of confidence to influence and present at all levels
+ Must be able to understand basic math
+ Must be able to solve practical problems that deal with a variety of circumstances
+ Flexible determined to succeed and self-motivated
+ All applicants must hold requisite employment authority to work in the USA
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must pass pre-employment physical test color blindness test and drug screen
+ Must have current valid US driver’s license
+ Ability to proficiently read write and speak English
+ Able to remain calm under pressure
+ Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs
+ Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
+ Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts high voltages and high hydraulic/pneumatic pressures. The employee is also frequently exposed to very loud noise levels fumes or airborne particles and hazardous substances materials or waste. The employee occasionally works in high precarious places.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with arms climb or balance; and talk or hear.
The individual must also be able to open and close large valve on 16" product delivery pipelines quickly. Opening and closing these valves involves twisting and pulling motion and sometimes considerable physical exertion.
Other tasks include digging and shoveling such as snow removal around equipment and office. Employee may also engage in debris removal which involves lifting bending and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70lbs.
