+ Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operations
+ Responsible for adequate warehouse supplies
+ Coordinate maintenance schedule of warehouse equipment
+ Coordinate schedule of trash recycling items (plastics woods metals) pick up
+ Allocate manpower according to operational need
+ Coordinate with Station Leadership to improve cargo station’s service
+ Coordinate with Station Leadership and SSTO on any emergency or changes in daily operations
+ Coordinate with warehouse hiring process
+ Help track locate and follow up shipments in questions
+ Coordinate with SSTO on training status and follow up with OJT for new employees
+ Help with warehouse daily operations as needed
+ Ensure Warehouse Supervisors and Cargo Handlers follow airline customers’ SLA
+ Ensure employees adhere to Company’s polices and standards
+ Conduct onsite auditing and quality inspections within all areas of business
+ Ensure safety and quality audits are conducted reviewed and closed
+ Attend monthly meetings with airline customers
+ Monitor changes in customer airline procedures and amend operational procedures accordingly under the direction of the Station Manager
+ Liaise with the local regulatory aviation authorities to ensure compliance
+ Ensure all external and internal operation manuals and online passwords remain up to date
+ Lead by example at all times and provide honest and direct feedback to all employees
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ At least three years of experience in cargo operations
+ Must be available to attend mandatory trainings imposed by the Company and Airlines
+ Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances
+ Must have a valid Provincial driver’s license with no violations over the past 5 years
+ Must pass a Transport Canada background check
+ Must be available on weekdays weekends and holidays
+ Bilingual French/English candidates preferred
