Directly supervises employees.
Determines work procedures prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
Schedules all preventive maintenance inspections.
Orders parts required for preventive maintenance and major repairs.
Maintains all equipment records and monitors vehicle registration and hour meter program.
Coordinates scheduling of equipment to be repaired.
Coordinates all QA inspections on fuel equipment.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Performs or assists in performing duties as required. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure Ground Equipment and Fueling repair deadlines are met. Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or oneyear related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
Completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions short correspondence andmemos.
Ability to write correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers clients vendors and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical skills: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure usingwhole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished inwritten oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concretevariables in standardized situations.
Certifications licenses registrations: Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license and other FAAAirport required identification/seals or authorizations. ASE Certifications a plus.
