Description
As a member of our passenger service team you will be assisting passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.
You will be responsible for assisting our passengers at ticket counters to ensure they are properly checked in as well as their luggage.
You will also assist in the gate area where passenger’s documents need to be verified prior to boarding their aircraft.
You may be required to drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles at times and as such you will require a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Other responsibilities in the gare area included making announcements checking baggage and assigning seats.
Requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Must be able to speak read and write English
+ Must ve available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
+ Must have the authorization to work in the US
+ Pass a pre-employment drug test and FBI criminal background check
+ Required to lift and move up to 70lbs
+ Required valid driver’s license
+ Knowledge of computer software programs
