Description
•To ensure that all paperwork is prepared for operations to be ready to deliver compliant aircraft de-ice and anti-icing for the winter period.
•Assist with maintaining correct staffing levels to provide all customers with agreed SLA’s.
•Work with deice manager in planning to achieve robust rosters assist with training schedules and maintaining the training matrix spreadsheet as requested.
•Oversee the daily staffing operations with the station de-icing manager to ensure staff numbers are at the required levels to cover the operation. Work with recruitment to keep optimal staffing numbers.
•Liaise with customer representatives and Menzies billing and invoice department as required to ensure daily operational/event paperwork is managed effectively and on time to provide customer satisfaction.
•Identify and initiate remedial action to any event administration paperwork issues investigating and reporting all deviations.
•Review and adjust administrative processes to ensure quality and consistency of performance.
•You will be required to ensure all deice paperwork is compliant with all relevant Industry standards and MA HSE policies.
•Any other duties as may reasonably be delegated by deice manager

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to read and write basic correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
