+ Maintains good situational awareness of all airlines and operations and provide for continuous dissemination of pertinent operational information and timely updates to appropriate field leadership.
+ Maintains professional contact and operational coordination dialogue with airlines airport operations and flight control to ensure timely reliable and cost effective service.
+ Communicates and confers with personnel supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with all departments.
+ Assures compliance with established policies and procedures.
+ Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
+ Promoting and driving a ‘safety first’ culture through all levels of the organization.
+ Lead and motivate hard working teams to deliver excellent quality and productivity
