Reports to: GSE Manager | General Manager
Location: Wichita KS | ICT
Main accountabilities include:
+ Other duties may be assigned
+ Comply with the Location’s attendance/tardiness
+ Determines work procedures prepares work schedules and expedites
+ Schedules all preventive maintenance
+ Orders parts required for preventive maintenance and major
+ Maintains all equipment records and monitors vehicle registration and hour meter
+ Coordinates scheduling of equipment to be
+ Coordinates all QA inspections on fuel
+ Adjust errors and
+ Performs or assists in performing duties as Required
+ Other duties may be assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Directly supervises
+ Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
+ Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
+ Ensure Ground Equipment and Fueling repair deadlines are

+ Fully versed in International Aviation Safety and Security standards and passionate about promoting them within the organization.
+ Co-operate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.
+ Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health safety or welfare reasons.
+ Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety.
+ Report any hazards near misses incidents accidents or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
+ Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
+ Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
+ Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
Qualifications and Experience
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must provide necessary tools
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
+ Completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program
+ Ability to proficiently read write and speak English and comprehend instructions short correspondence.
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients vendors and other employees of the organization.
+ Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
+ Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
+ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
+ Possess/maintain a valid US driver’s license with clean driving record and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations ASE Certifications a plus.
+ Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
+ Must be comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs.
+ Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
+ Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
+ Must pass pre-employment drug test and FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
+ To report any significant deficiency in our products materials and documents
+ Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices especially those relating to safety and security.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions fumes or airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals outside weather conditions extreme cold extreme heat risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
