+ Greet all guests in courteous and professional manner.
+ Provide support to recruiting and human resources.
+ Provide excellent customer service to clients vendors and internal staff.
+ Assist employees with UltiPro access and use of computer in the lobby area.
+ Maintain sign in log for visitors and assist when possible to meet their needs.
+ Answer phone check voicemails throughout the day and respond as appropriate.
+ Maintain and update new hire packet documents and ensure enough files are on hand.
+ Maintain office supply list and restock for reception area and inform Manager of when to order.
+ Maintain facilities in the lobby area.
+ Manage a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.
+ Complete other assigned tasks with high-level accuracy.
+ Send daily report regarding office activity.
Required skills:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting software
+ Excellent oral written and communication skills
+ Must be detailed oriented and organized
+ Personable and professional demeanour
+ Have the ability to multi-task and work independently
+ Absolute discreteness in receiving and handling sensitive information.
