Job Description
Build and launch a new quality system from scratch
Own a product line and drive improvements

The Successful Applicant
- Proven ability to lead audits and build out a Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up
- Capable of taking defined roles and responsibilities and turning them into an actionable strategic plan
- Self-starter who can effectively create and shape the position based on organizational needs
- Experienced in leading audits
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Shift quality engineering focus to the front end of the process not just post-issue troubleshooting
- Act as a proactive resource to design and marketing teams during proposal and development stages
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality is integrated early in the product lifecycle
