<p>Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianDeliver safe reliable and schedule-driven aircraft maintenance in support of corporate aviation operations. Ensure aircraft is maintained to the highest standards of safety compliance and presentation while contributing to a unified team across all bases through collaboration communication and shared best practices.What Youll Do:Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations company procedures and approved manualsEnsure all work is completed safely accurately and documented properly in maintenance recordsDiagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems including avionics engines hydraulics flight controls and fuel systemsInspect test and verify serviceability of aircraft components and systemsMaintain accurate and complete maintenance logs and discrepancy reportsConduct receiving inspections on parts and ensure proper inventory control and traceabilitySupport aircraft on-site during maintenance events or AOG situationsPromote a strong safety culture through active participation and adherence to safety policiesTo be an active member of the Safety management system within the departmentCollaborate with team members across bases to ensure consistency knowledge sharing and best practicesAssist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiencyTravel as required to support operational needs aircraft movement and hangar dutiesWhat Youll Bring:FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate8+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experienceExperience with medium to large business jets is preferredStrong working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance standardsProven troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to support and learn from othersValid drivers licenseValid passport with ability to travel internationallyProficiency with maintenance tracking systems and general computer applicationsSelf-motivated with a positive safety-first attitudeCompensation and Benefits:The salary range for this role in Illinois is between $91200 - $143220. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical dental vision coverage and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
