This position serves as a liaison between Maintenance and Operations and is responsible for improving the daily and long range planning of maintenance on PSA Airline’s fleet of aircraft. This position reports to the Maintenance Planning Manager.

- Develops and monitors schedules for short and long term plans.
- Monitor daily scheduled maintenance requirements.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work requirements based on the availability of manpower.
- Communicates day to day issues with the Manager Maintenance Planning.
- Closely analyzes schedules to ensure consistency of projects.
- Ensure continuous improvement regarding job preparation and planning processes through feedback on work execution.
- Other projects assigned by Maintenance Planning Manager

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers telephones photocopiers facsimile machines and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with an expectation of occasional evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience: 1-3 years working in an office environment advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or relevant experience Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel must be able to work with large amounts of data and detail oriented.
