Position Overview

We are seeking a senior aviation leader to drive growth and profitability in aircraft and engine parts-out operations. This executive role leads business development oversees P&L performance and manages a high-performing team while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand aircraft and engine parts-out business and related sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives based on aviation market trends.
• Build and manage key client and partner relationships.
• Own departmental budgeting forecasting and financial performance.
• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of aviation professionals.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of aviation industry experience including parts-out operations.
• Proven track record in business development sales leadership and P&L management.
• Strong industry network and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience working with international or global aviation markets.
