Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of verifiable industry experience (aviation or military aviation preferred)
  • Associate degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, Electronics, or related area
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred but not required
  • We provide training for new faculty members, so teaching experience is ideal, but not required.
  • Familiarization with computers for using teaching software and email.
  • Experience with basic electricity
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Faculty members conduct classroom presentations; guide students in the laboratory for hands-on instruction and practice; manage laboratory equipment and inventory; and evaluate student performance. A full job description will be provided during the interview process.

Salary: Starting at $55,000
